• You may use the website and Services for your personal, non‑commercial use only (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
   
• You agree not to use the Services in any unlawful or prohibited way (including but not limited to violation of federal, state or local laws, regulations regarding real‑estate or lending, or other applicable rules).
   

• If you create an account, you must provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or the entity you represent, and keep it updated.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and any access you permit. You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
   
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
   

• All content, design, graphics, layout, logos, trademarks, software, and materials available via the website or Services (the “Content”) are owned or licensed by the Company or its licensors, and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
   
• You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the website and Content for your personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.
   
• You must not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, distribute or otherwise exploit the Content (in whole or part) without our express prior written permission.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, including by submitting viruses, bots, spam, or other harmful code.
   
• Use the Services for unsolicited advertising, solicitation, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other “spam” activities.
   
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services or any portion thereof.
   

• If you submit content (such as feedback, comments, ideas, text, images, videos) to the Services (collectively, “User Content”), you grant the Company a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, publish and display such User Content in any media.
   
• You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to grant the foregoing license and that your User Content does not infringe any third‐party rights.
   
• The Company has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, edit or remove User Content at its sole discretion.

• The Company is not a law firm or offering legal advice; any information provided is for general informational purposes only and does not create an attorney‑client relationship. You should consult appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.
   

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Services or Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
   
• In jurisdictions where such exclusions are not permitted, the Company’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
   

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your: (i) use of the Services; (ii) violation of these Terms; (iii) infringement of any third‑party rights; or (iv) any User Content you submit.

• The Services may provide links to third‑party websites, resources or services (“Third‑Party Content”). These are provided for your convenience only. The Company does not control such Third‑Party Content and is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or content.
   
• Your access and use of Third‑Party Content is at your own risk, and you should review the terms and policies of those sites before use.
   

• The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
   
• The Company may also update or change these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
